This year, I'll be joining Rosie Batty in support of the Australian Childhood Foundation on the Trek for Childhood 2022. I need you help to fundraise in support of this exceptionally important cause.

Here's how your support helps to heal trauma and restore childhood across Australia.

$50 - Facilitates one mother to attend a group parenting session.

$60 - Provides a therapeutic doll to help a child understand their trauma & feel safe. 

$75 - Facilitates a Breathing & Calming Session, helping a child develop calming strategies. 

$150 - Enables a Social Story Session that prepares a child for new social situations before starting school.

$200 - Provides one home visit from a Trauma Specialist to support a Foster Carer in using Therapeutic Parenting Approaches to help a child heal.

$250 - Provides a one-on-one specialised therapeutic counselling session for a child who has experienced family violence at home.

$480 - Facilitates a Social Skills Group Counselling Session for 8 children to learn about friendships, trust and understanding social cues.
